Mt Hood’s SE July Flowers

From my recent 4 day ramble around MT Hood Southeast side, the wildflowers were just amazing … everywhere and so many different kinds (A good resource if you want to know names and more information).

I have a new wildflower ‘test’ called the lupin test. If the lupin blooms are all out to the top of the flower, the wildflower peak is here; if not to the top, you have more time; if already starting to fall off, the peak is gone. Lupins are the indicator!
